These terms govern your use of Orbit, developed by Paperweight. By installing or using Orbit, you agree to them.
01Acceptance of terms
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA, Act 68 of 2008) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA, Act 25 of 2002).
02App features
Orbit is free of charge at launch. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
03Local data & user responsibility
All of your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device; Paperweight cannot recover entries that never leave your phone.
04Limitation of liability
Orbit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by the CPA.
